Thomas Weir Howard Loughton Studio Pottery Mug, 1958

About the Item

A stylish Studio Pottery mug made at Loughton Pottery by Thomas Weir Howard. The shaped stoneware mug has a loop handle with thumb rest and is decorated with mottled brown glazes over a peach coloured ground, the inner mug decorated in cream coloured glazes. The mug has an incised TWH monogram together with Loughton and an incised date 1958.
