Vintage large Asian bamboo serving tray. The board is very light and in good vintage condition. A large Asian tray of woven bamboo with center decorated with a scene of a an Asian Goddess in Kimono design transfer print. This large serving trays are made of bamboo and have a scene of Diana Chang'e, the Moon Goddess of Chinese myths. She is the goddess of the Moon and wife of Hou Yi, the great archer. Renowned by her beauty, Chang'e is also known for her ascending to the Moon with her pet Yu Tu, the Moon Rabbit and living in the Moon Palace. The trays is perfect for serving or as decor.
