American Victorian sterling silver jewelry box. Heart form. Solid bottom and open sides with leafing scroll pattern. Cover solid and hinged with applied heart. Beaded rims. Box interior has crimson velvet liner. A flaming, gushing gift. Fully marked including no. 4 and stamp for Hayward & Sweet, an Attleboro maker active from circa 1887-1904. Gross weight: 7 troy ounces.
