An exceptional, fine and impressive vintage Elizabeth II English sterling silver mustard pot in the form of a barrel; an addition to our silver condiments collection. This exceptional vintage Elizabeth II sterling silver mustard pot has been realistically modelled in the form of a barrel. The body of the mustard pot is embellished with bands of tooled decoration outlining the features of the bilge hoops and quarter hoops. This impressive vintage sterling silver mustard pot retains the original plain hallmarked hinged cover, surmounted by a plain lobed thumbpiece. This impressive example of vintage silverware is fitted with a scrolling handle. The underside of the mustard pot bears the retailer's mark 'Garrard & Co Ltd, 112 Regent Street. London.W.1.' beneath the full hallmarks. The mustard pot retains the original removable blue glass liner. This vintage mustard pot is supplied with an associated fully hallmarked English sterling silver mustard spoon. Condition This vintage mustard pot is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The item has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the underside and part hallmarks to the cover are all very clear. The full hallmarks to the reverse of the mustard spoon are also very clear.
