Queille fabulous French all sterling silver ice cream set of 12 pieces torchs. Head of Minerve 1st titre for 950/1000 French sterling silver guarantee. A set of truly exceptional quality, for the richness of its Louis XVI decoration, its form and sculpting. The handles are decorated with torchs and ribbons. The set includes a knife, a server and ten ice cream spoons. All pieces are massive and very high quality as is always the case for parts of the prestigious silversmith Eugène Queille. Prestigious silversmith: Eugene Queille 8, rue Saint-Roch-Poissonnière Paris. He was active february 1, 1847. Suffice it to say that the family Queillé (silversmiths from father to son) was active in the silversmithing from 1808-1930 to glimpse the importance of this manufactory!
