About the Item

A pair of magnificent cast solid silver Antique Victorian Table Salts / Salt Pinch Pots. The Figural Salts are cast in a pair of Male & Female Figures in period dress each holing a wide oval woven basket in their hands. The man is dressed in a Tri - Corn hat while the woman wears a wonderful dress and feather hat. Each stands on an ornate base. They are of particularly heavy weight and excellent quality. Made in London in 1899 by Barnard Brothers. Approx. Weight - 33oz Approx. Height 15cm Approx. Width of baskets - 9cm Signed/Inscribed: Full English Hallmarks.
