A very fine early 20th century five-piece Louis XV style sterling silver tea and coffee service set. The finely chased ovoid shaped body with scalloped details and vermeil gold interior, comprising of a large hot-water samovar kettle on a tilt-stand with burner, a coffee pot, a teapot kettle, a sugar container and a milk jar. Stamped with the hallmark of a deer head, 925 and L 45, circa 1920.
