About the Item
This vintage decorative Victorian sterling silver tea set is beautifully designed & dates from the late 19th century. The three piece tea service features an elaborate repousse’ floral motif that surrounds the bodies of each item in the set. It is a breathtaking decoration of oversize flowers accented with scrolling plumed leaves. The bases identify the dates 1872 - 1897 & have Gorham hallmarks, Sterling & style number 2350. The condition of this wonderful service is very good.
