Chess Game Set - Pietra Dura Marble 19th Century Italy
About the Item
A stunning chessboard in Pietra Dura marble produced in Italy in the mid 19th century. The chessboard is framed with a wooden frame. The chess pieces are made in metal and are probably not the original once, seems to be newer than the chessboard. The chessboard is 47 x 47 cm and each square is 4.5 cm. It is in excellent condition except from some small scratches on the wooden frame and some scratches and color losses on the chess pieces.
This is the coolest and most exclusive chess game I ever seen.
