Early 20th Century Liberty Truth Equality Justice Midwestern Courthouse Signs


Late 1920s unique collection of American folk art hand painted lightbox wall panel signs created by a sign company in Chicago. The panels hung in the Appanose Country Courthouse in Centerville, Iowa. Liberty, Equality, Justice and Truth. Hand-painted on screen with old sockets and wiring on the inside. We have not tested the wiring and make no guarantees regarding wiring or sockets.

    Screens have some old rust spots. Paint is very stable. Please see images and email with questions. These could easily be rewired. We think they are pretty amazing without.
