Museum Quality Purvis Young Painting

Clearly one of the finest examples of this artist's work available to the discerning individual or institution. 4 ft. high by 8 ft. wide, painted on a sheet of plywood by self-taught outsider artist Purvis Young (1942-2010). Young is a former south Florida street artist who became highly collectible. He was a stabile in museums around the country during his life-time and there is no indication of his popularity letting up. Signed by the artist upside down in the centre top portion of the artwork.
