Antique English Painted Chest Of Drawers Dressing Table Scumbled Folk Art
About the Item
A very decorative English pine dressing chest of three drawers with an attractive honey hue and contrasting ebonized knob handles, surmounted by a dressing-glass, which can be easy removed if preferred as a chest of drawers. Retaining the original ‘scumbled’ grain finish with painted black and burgundy stringing, hand painted with a lovely decorative floral motif, which retains such a lovely patina.
