About the Item
This whimsical folk art sculpture is a folk art toy of chimney sweeps. The outsider art is hand painted on wood cutouts. A wonderful hand made, hand painted piece of folk art, outsider art, and a primitive toy.
The arms are not moveable on this piece, but it looks like this used to have a moveable function since there is a length of twine and a free ladder, but I can't figure it out.
