Very Large Example of a Tonala Cat, Artist Signed
About the Item
This is an exceptionally large Tonala figure of a cat. The piece is artist signed and most probably dates to the 1960s-1980s. The cat is beautifully molded and paint decorated in the traditional Tonala, Mexico style. I love the aloof attitude is this beast. Very good overall condition; some rubbing to painted surface which is normal for a piece of this size and age. Artist signed.
