In an early example of market "branding", Chevrolet dubbed the used car lot as "OK" cars. This porcelain enameled steel sign is a brilliant logo, topped with two colors of neon. The can is self contained, with the neon transformer housed inside. We even have an original paper hang tag, dated 1949, for an "OK" Chevy truck. The colors are brilliant, and the sign displays beautifully. There are a couple of minor chips in the porcelain, which have been color matched and painted in, as shown.
