About

A vintage Industrial flameproof ceiling striplight / tube light made by Wittenburg of Germany. Originally designed for hazardous areas in factories and on cargo ships. The build is of the highest quality and extremely robust made borosilicate glass and cast aluminium end sections. Reclaimed, rewired and repurposed by hand in the UK by Loomlight ready for installation into modern interiors. Specifications: Height 23cm Width 17cm Length 95cm Weight 12kg Bulb: 2x T8 LED Tubes These tube lights are supplied with a 12 month warranty. This ceiling light has a built-in isolator switch which disconnects the light from the power source when changing the tubes. This can be found in the tri-bracket found on the end of the unit, which also acts as a handy switch. To operate this you simply turn the bracket anti-clockwise. Cast aluminium end caps connect with steel bars and a flameproof glass tube. We have converted the bracket to allow ceiling hanging with chains. All lights are professionally re-wired in-house to exceed British standards using CE approved components. Dimensions and weights are approximate. For all orders to USA, UL listed bulb holders and 100v bulbs will be fitted. All lights are sold ready for use in your home or commercial installation.
