Art Deco 'Artichoke' Pendant Light in Opal Glass and Nickel, Netherlands, 1930s

About the Item

This rare pendant light was in The Netherlands in the 1930s. The striking shade is in a downwards muli-tiered artichoke shape. The shade is made of a slightly glossy, white opaline glass. The shade is attached to the fixture in nickel with a beautiful patina. The central tube with a three-tier canopy and a three-tier pendant holder. The lamp is in good original condition. The glass shade with 2 minor scratches, not very noticeable once installed. The nickel with a natural patina, can be polished if a more shiny look is preferred.
