This rare design and fairly good size chandelier from the heydays of the European Art Deco era will never fail to impress you (or anyone visiting) and it is certain to light up both your days and evenings. Its remarkable, circular shade is all hand carved out of one solid rock of alabaster. For this pendant they clearly picked a beautiful rock (formed by Mother Nature over millions of years, with some unique veins and patches and provide a dramatic accent reminiscent of powerful lightning strokes) and they clearly polished the surface to perfection, making it even more handsome. The stunning, vertical layered Art Deco shade is finished at the bottom with a perfect point finial and with the matching black color chain and adjustable canopy you could hardly wish for a more stylish light to grace your living space. The perfectly circular shade are pretty thick and that too is why this pure Art Deco, Bauhaus style fixture still is in such amazing condition. This antique work of beauty is as strong as the day it was hand carved a century ago.
It must have taken one highly skilled craftsman a whole lot of time to perfectly hand create this remarkable Art Deco design and for it to still be in such good condition after 100 years too is like an ode to his craftsmanship. We could shoot many more photos, but you still would not be able to see the true beauty of this stunning light fixture. In real life (or in person) our alabaster lights always have that little bit more and this remarkable and ideal size pendant is no exception. Mind you, this striking light pendant is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and thanks to the hook inside the canopy, safely mounting this light tight to your ceiling too is child's play. It will take one of your regular bulbs of up to 100 watts but 60 to 80 watts will suffice and with a dimmer switched you can always create the perfect atmosphere for every occasion.
