Black Marquina and Aluminum Pendant Light, “Circle, ” 3 by Buzao

Size, color, design are customizable. This work is made of laminated dichroic glass. Production lead time is 2 - 3 months. Chinese experimental brand BUZAO’s latest collection HALO trigger a further interpretation of glass material after its laminated glass collection NULL released in 2019. The first batch of HALO’s release includes display furniture, floor lighting and hanger. As an event of the first launch, BUZAO created a pop-up gallery in Shenzhen Art Center, jointly with local trend wearing selected shop and original brand BADMARKET. Trendy wearing in technical sense and halo like display furniture spreaded across the compact space like the individual art works. In Halo collection, designers attempted to carry out multiple recombination on glass with different optical expressive forces to discuss the multi-dimensional performance of light. And this is exactly the brand philosophy that emphasizes experimentation in unexpected materials and processes, often with unforeseeable results.
