About the Item

Copper and crystal pendant, produced by Danish Vitrika in the 1960s, gorgeous polished copper hanging light with crystal glass and crystal inner shade in good vintage condition! A beautiful copper pendant comprised of two polished copper shades with white inner coating, each forming an upper and lower part that meets in middle, only separated by clear crystal glass squares. Both the cooper shades and the about 20 crystal glass squares are secured to a inner circular metal frame, which stabilize the pendant. Inside the pendant conceals a thick clear crystal inner shade with faceted ornamentation. When lit, the clear crystal squares turns golden, spreading the soft diffused light sideways, while the inner crystal shade scatters the light and guides it through the open bottom - perfect for a dining table setting or sitting area. It would also look amazing in a hall way, welcoming guest as well as a giving good illumination. Condition: Good vintage condition with very few normal signs of age and usage - the copper parts are polished to make them shine again, there are a few marks on the upper and lower shades. Included original copper chain and canopy, measuring 13" / 33 cm, making the hanging height 20.5" / 52 cm (measured from the ceiling to the bottom part of the pendant). All glass parts intact! Please see photos! All original including original wiring, original chain and canopy, all measuring 13" (33 cm). Fitted with safety clamps for easy connection to existing wiring. Tested and fully functional. Cleaned, polished, labeled and packed in protective bag. Light source: One bulbs, Edison screw-fitting (E27/E26) Max 60 Watt.
