Early 20th Century Rococo Giltwood Chandelier
About the Item
A lovely antique 19th century European gold giltwood 4-arm chandelier with beautifully carved detail. Centered on a baluster-style center column, each scrolled arm was carved acanthus leaves, culminating in candle cups supported by carved leaves. The canopy is stylized as well as the finial which stems from a circular acanthus leaf base. The chandelier is not currently wired for electricity.
