Elegant French Art Deco pendant light with molded frosted glass bowl by Degué and warm brass suspension details.
Beautiful French Art Deco pendant light from the 1930s, featuring a softly frosted light pink molded glass bowl by Degué. The glass shade is decorated with floral and geometric relief motifs characteristic of the refined French Art Deco period.
The pendant is suspended by three brass chains connected to an ornate bronze canopy with decorative detailing. When illuminated, the frosted glass creates a warm and elegant ambient light while softly highlighting the floral patterns within the bowl. The three-light configuration provides a fuller and more evenly diffused illumination than typically found in smaller single-light examples.
The combination of delicate pink-toned glass, geometric structure, and floral ornament creates a balanced transition between late Art Nouveau influences and the cleaner symmetry of French Art Deco design.
