French Dark Veined Amber Color Alabaster and Bronze Pendant Light, circa 1920
About the Item
French Art Nouveau period amber-colored alabaster and bronze pendant light from around 1920.
This charming pendant chandelier features an alabaster shade with a combination of lighter and darker yellow/orange and beige hues, complemented by impressive black veining. The lampshade bowl is suspended from three ornate bronze chains attached to the dome with beautifully crafted lion head fixtures. When illuminated, the alabaster emits a delightful glow in a light amber color.
One new socket for E27 (E26)-size light bulb.
Dimensions: height: circa 48 cm / 18.9 in; diameter: 40 cm / 15.74 in.
In good condition with some typical signs of use and aging of alabaster.
The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
