Top class, Arts & Crafts era chandelier with a unique alabaster shade and perfect canopy. Thanks to its large size and truly excellent condition this alabaster chandelier will light up both your days and evenings. It is all hand-crafted in the Arts and Crafts era and they used the perfect alabaster rock for it. This not only is one of the most wonderfully designed albaster pendants we have ever had the pleasure of offering, it also has a wonderful spread of black veins. That combined with some whiter veins and patches that have formed in this mineral stone over a period of thousands of years makes it even more special. What takes this stunning chandelier to a level of its own, are the perfectly hand-crafted, flower pettal-like, thick alabaster inserts all around. It must have taken a highly skilled craftsman a lot of time and dedication to perfectly hand-create this remarkable design. For it to still be in this amazing condition after more than 100 years is like an ode to his craftsmanship. We could shoot many more photos, but you still would not be able to see the true beauty of this shade. In real life (or in person) our antiques always have that little bit more and this stunning pendant is no exception. You can take our word for it. This stylish alabaster shade has been fitted with two sockets that will give more than enough warm light for every occasion. In our photos we used two 60 watts bulbs, but these sockets will easily take 100 watts each. Both with the light on and off its timeless beauty will never go unnoticed. This thick alabaster pendant was made to last and last it will and we are certain that generations after you will get to enjoy it too. Even the canopy of this pendant is so solid and strong that it actually rings like a bell when you strike it.
