The glass work technique is called Balloton, consisting in air trap glass blowing enhanced by metallic gold inclusions. It creates some pattern on the glass. The Italian lantern has 1 light inside the large bottom vase, illuminating all the fixture. The Murano glass is translucent and creates a warm halo of light when lit. Height of the glass only: 45.3 in. It has a brass chain and a second brass canopy, adding H 13.8 in. The total height with chain is: 59.1 inches. Excellent condition for this Vintage Murano light.
