Italian Brass and Murano Amber Glass Tear Drop Chandelier by Paolo Venini, 1960
About the Item
A beautiful original vintage Italian chandelier designed by Paolo Venini in the 1960s in brass and Murano glass, this pendant is surmounted at the top by a crown of curved brass rods with amber glass drops suspended at the ends.
The structure is also mounted on a base of curved brass rods connected by 5 rows of clear glass pendants that bring brightness while amber glass droplets are sprinkled is suspended at each end of the brass rods creating a cascade of coloured glass.
This 4 bulb chandelier with its chiselled glass bowls and decorative sleeves are made to look like a candle with wax running down the side to create a more authentic look when using flame bulbs.
This suspension can be used in both classic and contemporary interiors.
the length of the chandelier without chain is 56.5 cm and with chain 66.5 cm and its diameter is 41 cm.
