Long Antique Brass Pendant with Prismatic Glass - a Pair
About the Item
Long antique brass pendant with prismatic glass, a pair, 49” long. This pair of traditional pole pedants are made from a solid brass with an antique patina. They have a bell shaped canopy, long tube, with a spherical break in the middle, and a traditional bell shaped shade holder. All in a matching brass. The shades are prismatic, clear with ribs to refract the light. They are a bell shape with a flared frill at the bottom. The glass is early 20th century, and the fixture is late 20th century.
These would be excellent over an island in a kitchen, in a great room, or in a hallway with very high ceilings. The brass finish is in good condition, with some natural wear as shown in photos. The shade holders have some cracks, common to this style of brass, but still securely hold the glass. Rewired, and ready for installation, US 120V hardwired. Standard Edison base bulbs, 100W max.
