About the Item
This elegant Mid-Century Modern chandelier was realized by the celebrated maker Kinkeldey in Austria, circa 1960. It consists of eight square glass panels offering an intricate sunburst design with a wealth of geometric forms presented in subtle relief. The panels are connected via nickel fittings with a circular brushed nickel plate at the bottom secured by a finial in the same material. With its beautiful glass quality and clean modernist lines, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and the height can be adjusted to suit. It can be converted into a flush mount as well.
