Modernist Dandelion 10-Light Sputnik Chandelier Glass & Chrome, 1960s
About the Item
Elegant sputnik chandelier with dandelion glass flowers on a chromed brass frame. Chandelier illuminates beautifully and offers a lot of light. Gem from the time. With this light you make a clear statement in your interior design. A real eye-catcher even unlit. Manufactured in Europe, 1960s.
A special feature of these Sputnik lights is that the upper bowl seems free-floating on the lower one.
Model: Dandelion, Sputnik.
Style: mid century, modernist.
Colors: clear and silver.
Materials: glass and brass.
Measures: diameter 17.7" in. (45 cm), height 26.8" in. (68 cm).
Lighting: takes ten small Edison E14 base screw bulbs.
Wattage: we recommend up to 40w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v.
Condition: very good vintage condition. No imperfections to the glass.
We had a similar brass chandelier in stock.
Wiring: the lamp has been tested with US American light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring necessary. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs.
Shipping: in order to ensure safe transport, the lamp will be dismantled and carefully packed.
