Modernist Murano "Avventurina" Glass Chandelier
About the Item
Italian modernist chandelier in Murano "avventurina" glass, with 12 torsado branches, rewired for the US. Height with included chain and matching glass canopy is 73 1/8 in. A very pure design in line with the works of Seguso.
Avventurina clear glass with 23-karat gold flecks, creating a shimmery, metallic look. The process was aptly named, as it means "adventure", describing the difficulty of working with this process.
This piece is currently located at our dealer's warehouse in Italy. Please contact us for a lead time.
