Monumental Italian Crystal Chandelier

About
Majestic 1940s, Italian crystal, gilt-wood and bronze two-tier chandelier in the Neoclassical style. The chandelier is composed of a gilt-wood center column, a bronze frame with a Greek key motif and and an abundance of crystal beads and prisms (in various shapes and sizes including many which are etched with a star design.). The bronze frame has acquired a beautiful verdigris patina over the years and there is minor gilt loss to the wood column also there is some minor nicks on the edges of some of the prisms. Original wiring is in working condition. Requires 24 candelabra bulbs. Ceiling canopy and 36” chain for installation are included.
