With early 20th century lighting being one of our specialties, we were immediately impressed with the size, shape and excellent condition of this alabaster chandelier. Over the years we have sold many beautiful alabaster pendants, but to find a unique Art Deco specimen of this quality, beauty and condition more than made our day. Also, because we know in advance that this work of lighting art will be the perfect finish to someone's living room, dining area, kitchen or bedroom. You just don't find them in such excellent condition and with the original Art Deco alabaster canopy on top, this light could not be any better. The former owners told us that it came with the original rope when they purchased it, but that it was no longer safe to use. We feel they could not have chosen a better black chain, because it looks perfect this way. We have rewired this striking light fixture to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well.
