Vintage Italian 1970s Ruby Gold and Colorless Murano Glass Nine-Light Chandelier
About the Item
An Italian vintage ruby, gold and colorless nine-light Murano chandelier from the second half of the 20th century. This graceful handcrafted Italian Murano chandelier is composed of luxurious ruby, gold-colored and colorless glass and features a baluster stem above a cup-shaped canopy issuing nine S-scrolled arms. Each of them supports a cup-shaped light holder from which colorless glass drops finely hang. Probably by Venini, one of Murano’s leading glassworks, this 1970s Italian ruby and gold nine-light chandelier is a genuine piece of art. Its modern and clean design along with its refined ruby and gold-colored glass, characteristic of the Venetian traditions, will brighten up any contemporary or traditional home. It is wired for the US market.
