Vintage 1950s Mid-Century Rupert Nikoll Brass Floor Lamp Pleated Shade, Austria

About the Item

Elegant and exquisite austrian mid-century floor lamp with a large pleated lampshade, designed and crafted in the 1950s and attributed to Rupert Nikoll, Austria. This beautiful vintage and delicate looking lamp features a gracefull, slightly curved tube stem made entirely of brass and is complemented by a gorgeous pleated lamp shade. Stunning and timeless design with high-quality workmanship. Great vintage condition. E27 socket. Design & manufacture: Austria, 1950s. Height: 160 cm Shade: 58 cm in diameter This is an original piece and has lived a life before. Therefore, it will show signs of wear and patina, which gives the stunning floor lamp its unique and charming look.  Works with 220V and 110V. Function of the lamp has been tested and classified as fully functional. As with any vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician.
