Vintage Relco Italian Halogen Tortiere Floor Lamp with Figural Brass Serpants
About the Item
This vintage tortiere floor lamp was made by Relco Milano of Italy in approximately 1990 and marketed by the Design Institute of America and done in a Hollywood Regency style. This halogen lamp is done in knurled brass tubing, accented with a copper patinated metal bowl housing the light, and the base. The bowl of the toriere is accented bya brass band, supported by three brass figural serpents. The light is controlled with a sliding dimmer switch and the lamp is clearly signed on the back as "Relco Milano" and the lamp is labelled on the base as marketed by the Design Institute America and dated 1990.
