Sunburst Brutalist Foliage Light Fixture in Gilt Iron
About the Item
Outstanding triple layered sunburst ceiling flush mount in gold gilt iron. Spain, 1950s.
This sunburst flushmount was entirely made by hand. It has a beautiful Brutalist design with handcut details and three layers of hammered and gilded iron leaves surrounding a central circular panel holding an exposed bulb.
It has a dramatic aged patina with gold leaf gilding finish.
It can be used flush mounted or as a pendant hanging from a chain at the desired height.
This piece will catch everyone's eye hanging from a bathroom, foyer or bedroom's ceiling.. Gorgeous on a dark background.
Newly wired.
Measures: 50 cm diameter x 22 cm height (19.68 in diameter x 8.66 in height).
