This antique pair of wall decorations from Italy each feature elegantly hand-carved scrolling acanthus leaf plaques, full of beautiful ribbing and texture. Lightly carved floral outlines further embellish the voided spots within the front of the wooden backplates. A single carved-wood arm, maintaining the scrolled acanthus leaf theme, gently protrudes out from the center bottom, each terminating into a ruffled metal leaf bobe`che, ready to receive a single candlestick within it's center.
