Pair of 1950's French Articulating Polished Nickel Wall Lights by Lunel

About
Pair of petite wall-mounted multi-positional sconces from France circa late 1950's. Two tone with polished nickel plated brass perforated cones and mounting box (3.25" x 2" x 0.75") connected by an unusual multi-segmented cup-and-ball brass articulating arm.
Cone diameter 3.75 inches. Maximum reach from wall 9.75 inches.
We stripped off the remaining ivory reflective paint that was inside the cones to reveal the flash gilt brass.
Push button on-off switch on each mounting box.
These can be hard wired or corded if preferred. Ideal reading lights for a headboard or vanity.
Takes a single US candelabra lightbulb up to 60 watts.
We attribute these sconces to Maison Lunel because the shape and dimensions of the cones match the opaline glass cone shades used on other Lunel luminaires of the period.

- ConditionAdditions or alterations made to the original: Cream paint inside cones was stripped to the gilt brass finish. Rewired: Rewired for USA B22 French sockets have been changed to US E12 candelabra up to 60 watts. Wear consistent with age and use. Very clean with no issues. Ready to place. We will fashion a pair of L brackets with set screws for securing to the wall.
