That same year, he founded "Verrerie d’Art Degué," establishing a factory at 63 Boulevard Malesherbes in Paris and acquiring premises at 41 Rue de Paradis in the 10th arrondissement to serve as a showroom for his high-quality, brightly colored vases and lighting fixtures. The showroom was later relocated to 52 Rue de Londres in Paris. He drew inspiration from the Art Deco designs of Charles Schneider, leading to a lawsuit for copyright infringement that Schneider won in 1932. Edouard Cazeaux served as David Guéron’s artistic director. The glassworks also produced glassware and industrial tumblers between 1934 and 1935. It fulfilled an order for 6,000 pieces for the ocean liner *Normandie*, consisting of chisel-cut glass panels intended for wall and lighting décor. World War II brought an end to Verrerie d’Art Degué, as David Guéron left France in 1939 to escape the Nazis.
