Pair Gilt Brass Metal Faceted Crystal Glass Sconces by Kinkeldey, Germany 1970s
About the Item
Pair Mid-Century modernist Kinkeldey wall appliques or sconces made in Germany, circa 1960-1970. The frame and the base of these stylish sconces are made of gilt brass. They have seven hexagonal diamond-shape faceted 9 x 9 cm / 3.54 x 3.54 inches glass crystals mounted on a three-tier gilt brass fixture. Each lamp needs two x E14 standard screw bulbs to illuminate and to achieve a gorgeous sparkling effect. Cleaned with love these fabulous sconces stay after years in a very good original vintage condition, minor wear consistent with age and use, no defects. The wiring and the base integrated switch which can be activated very easily are perfect, so they are in fine working condition. and ready to use. They are made of high quality and best materials. They are 18 cm / 7.09 inches wide, 22 cm / 8.66 inches tall and 10 cm / 3.94 inches deep. This gorgeous pair of sconces is a fantastic eye-catcher and a perfect addition and upgrade to any modern interior.
