About the Item
This lamp is an Aldo Londi designed cylinder table lamp for Bitossie Ceramiche in Italy. It is hand-numbered 7022C/Italy. Painted and fired in an attractive orange gloss, the cylinder lamp has geometric imprinting throughout that was a trademark design for Londi, a definite precursor to the Brutalist movement. This piece is in exceptional condition and has been rewired to function perfectly.
