Art Deco Taxi Cab Lighted Sign in Molded Glass

About

This wonderful skyscraper influenced lamp was mounted on top of a 1930s taxi cab. The unit is one piece molded and painted glass, in remarkable original condition. It retains its original chromed mounting ring. We have created a wooden table base, finished in satin lacquer. New lights and wiring have also been added for home use. These glass units are quite rare, having been replaced with plastic signs still in use today.
