Erik Hoglund Iron and Blown Glass Pendant Teardrop Lamp Vintage
About the Item
This fantastic and unusual Swedish Mid-Century Modern black iron lamp that has two rows of Murano- esque looking Bullecante heavy glass teardrop pendants. They are filled with an abundance of bubbles. There are eight of the teardrops that hang as pendants dramatically! Each glass pendant is 6.5" L x 3" W. They were done by Boda Nova Glassworks . The original glass milk bowl that fits over the socket just needs a custom chic shade that has the indentations to fit over the glass bowl. Please note: there is no shade provided. It will look great with a white drum shade. This is a sculptural beauty and in very good condition. It is designed by Erik Hoglund, but has a very Murano feel. This is a most unusual lamp. Tres chic! The manufacturer is Boda Smide. This will need to be trucked.
This is a very special and rare large tall table or console lamp that stands alone at a very great price.
