Empire Style Lamp in Gilt Bronze, 1950s
About the Item
Empire style lamp in gilt bronze. Shaft in fluted column shape topped by a decor of acanthus leaves, a brettée frieze around a smooth ring and leaves. It is finished by a decor of palm leaves, scrolls, small flowers, shells, acanthus leaves, a cabochons frieze and two birds with spread wings.
Square base adorned with relief foliage scrolls on the four angles, itself standing on a square base.
Work realized in the 1950s.
