Modern Italian Lacquered Metal and Concrete Floor Lamp from Bontempi Collection
About the Item
Designed by Studio Design F+B, this floor lamp is made of a metal frame in dark brass and a concrete base, it is a metal arch melded into a concrete ball, a piece of art that combines the unique style of floor lamp with the shape of a precious sculpture. The base is in concrete, which is created with special non-toxic cementitious resins with quartz aggregates. The material composition allows to obtain the peculiar ultra-matt natural effect. A transparent, matt, two-component polyurethane finish prevents liquids penetration. The metal arch is lacquered in Dark brass. The raw material used for it is folded and manufactured to obtain the desired design. It is then painted with electrostatic epoxy powder for better adherence. The powder, when baked in the oven, blends with the steel, ensuring durability over time. The Bontempi Collection is 100% Made in Italy. Bontempi Casa is located in Camerano a village nested on the Adriatic Seaside.
