Pair of Art Deco French Lamps by Ros

About
Art Deco pair of lamps, French Art Glass on forged iron with intensely hand-forged base and cap components with a grape vine leaf motif. The pair of art glass shades are Pate de verre, and both are signed “Ros” in raised script. The lamps have been completely re-wired to Australian standards and include an inline, Di-pole safety switch, but are simply converted to U.S.A., English or European use by simply changing the plug going to the wall. Dimensions are approx.: Ironwork, 36cm high overall, base 12cm dia.; Glass shades each 12.5cm high x 11.5 cm dia. at bottom. Both lamps are in excellent condition with no damage, no repairs or loses, soft age patina from many decades, France, circa 1920s.
