Rare Florian Schulz Mid-Century Vintage Modernist Brass Adjustable Table Lamp
About the Item
Rare Mid-Century Modern vintage German made table lamp or desk light by Florian Schulz circa 1970s. Featuring polished brass hardware (now with age related patina) and an adjustable round brass shade making this the perfect modernist style reading light. This piece lends itself to any modern home decor as well as the Mid-Century Modern or Hollywood Regency styled home. Heavy and solid quality piece. This is a rare model from the Florian Schulz range of lights - we have seen a few variations of this lamp before but not this exact one. We expect that this could be an earlier model which was produced by the Vereinigte Werkstätten München before the company Reim Interline was formed in 1976, for whom Florian Schulz designed many lights. Wonderful proportions and we love the adjustable shade, which can be fixed at almost an angle, and then turned 360 degrees on the bases axis allowing complete freedom as to where you want to direct the light.

Diameter of brass shade - 27.5 cm
Height of brass shade - 15 cm
Original EU wiring present and in good working order. - requires a single E27 lightbulb - 60 watt max.
