Produced in Italy between the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s by Slamp. Created in a very limited edition, this is a perfect accent for a lounge, relax areas, conversations areas or bedrooms decorated in modern, contemporary style. They work well as floor lamps or table lamps. The lamp are screen printed with delicate and dreamy pop street art engraving designs. Slamp Lamps was a serious cult Lamp of the 90s originally produced in 1993 and manufactured until 2000. It is quite hard to find in brand new like this one. Edition: First edition, serial AA-0104. Crafted with translucent cut glass and nickeled steel. The main body is composed by two rectangular beveled pieces of greenish glass carved with incused circles and frosted finishes. Fontana-Arte FontanaArte is an Italian company founded in Milan in 1932 by Luigi Fontana and Giò Ponti (1891-1979). The company is known for the processing of curved glass and for the production of lighting equipment, becoming over the years a prominent name for Italian design. Fontana-Arte marked the “history of light and furnishings” in Italy and worldwide. Born of the idea of an architect, the company has always kept strong ties with the design world, gradually involving leading Italian and international architects and lighting designers. With them, the company has created a true cultural project of architecture, lighting and furniture. These pieces has been individually made with Memphis design patterns in solid sterling silver, with high polished finish. This set is composed by 20 pieces divided in 5 sets. Gemstones: Mounted in bezel settings, with round brilliant cuts gemstones such; five peridots and five pink topaz, with an approximate weight of 12 carats.
