A truly exceptional, and beautiful very large crested French mirror, dating to the early 19th century, this mirror was removed from a chateau in the west of France, overall it is in superb condition, with only a few minor losses of the gesso. The large crest surrounded by laurel leaf decoration, and capped at each end by a torchiere urn.
