White Marble and Brass Coexist Standing Mirror by Slash Objects

The coexist standing mirror consists of a white marble cube base, polished brass mirror frame, and recycled rubber.
The brass framed mirror fits into a rich veined marble cube base with precision. The piece is able to be assembled with no hardware - just pieces fitting together like a puzzle. The back has a speckled blue recycled rubber finish so that the mirror can be stand-alone. The piece can be manufactured with a double sided mirror, ideal for showrooms or free standing situations.

Slash Objects
Slash Objects is an award-winning design studio based in New York City. Our work is rooted in a fascination with materials and how they are brought together. Using unexpected juxtapositions and thoughtful design, we create beautiful pieces that transform the way people experience the world. Our process begins in the material, with an interest in exposing the very tactile nature of making, while creating pure forms bound together by geometry and precision. The materials we use are recycled and long-lasting, breathing new life cycles into materials otherwise relegated to waste. Slash Objects was founded in 2016 by architect and designer Arielle Assouline-Lichten. Our studio is in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and we work with local fabricators to bring the pieces to life. We believe that thoughtful design leads to a better world.
